The Laboratory:

Need of quality control for various Private and Government projects have intended to establish the BUILD-LABORATORY and it has started to evaluate the works for different Govt. and Private Organizations.

International :

This laboratory has got the accreditation of ISO: 9001:2008.

State :

1.  It is a Registered Quality Control Laboratory approved by Chairman of the committee of Chief Engineers & Engineer-in-Chief(CIVIL)Govt. of Odisha vide their Registration No. 01/2001-02 for Testing Laboratory

2.   Registration No.-8/2004-05 for Sub-soil Exploration as per O.P.W.D. codal provisions .

3.  Registration of Firms u/s -58(1) of the I.P. act , 1932 with its No.:280/2000.

  • Registration with IDCO. Vide No. 1392/06.
  • VAT Registration No.(TIN):21041909082 for Supply of Laboratory and scientific instruments and Chemicals etc.

    • 6.  Service Tax No.:AAEFB1856HST001 for Technical inspection and certification category.

    Experiences:

    The Organization has conducted different types of soil tests for T.T.W Building, Army School, Central School, TTW Phase-II of M.E.S. Gopalpur. Where it has also conducted pile load tests Over head tank of MES DET Bhubaneswar. Inside 120 INF BN T.A. Bihar At - Bhubaneswar, 9 ASC building is located at Baramunda of Bhubaneswar.
    For IDCO Department, it has carried out the pile load test for the Medical building at Boudha Dist., food storage go down in Ganjam Dist of Odisha, as well as it has carried out the various soil tests and road materials for the Projects of Brahmapur Municipalities Corporation and army prestigious building Pile load tests and different materials testing were conducted for Hospital building at Gunupur under SCAG.

    Different Material testing were conducted for DPEP buildings at Gajapati Dist Load test work, for different School buildings worked under World bank aided services by (OSDMA) Gram Vikash,. All Types of tests required for PMGSY under other schemes and being conducted for the works department of Govt. of Odisha.

    We have conducted the Sub-Soil Exploration works  for Raipur Road projects in various Districts of Chatishgada State Under World bank. And various bridge and dam works under Works,Rural Development and Irrigation Department of Govt. of Odisha.

    This laboratory has conducted Pile load test for Parala Maharaja Govt. Engineering College at Brahampur for 150T capacity .

    Sub-Soil exploration works of in the river bed with a standing water of 15m deep at Sunapur  in Ganjam District.
    Survey and investigation works for the aycut area has also been conducted for various diversion weir, reservoir projects in Sundargarh, Dhenkanala and Khurdha districts of Odisha State.

    NDT works has been conducted for Concrete piers of Ghodahada irrigation Project Branch canal of Ganjam District , roof slabs in block building at Polasara of Ganjam District and Columns of the Stadium of Malkangiri District in Odisha State.

    Architectural and Structural Designs have conducted for the important structures like the Bus terminal Building at New Bus Stand in Rayagada.
